Explain why there is a need for world incrementI believe that world development is needed for the following reasons In the world today, richer countries are the rulers and poorcountries their slaves, for they do not choose to be indebted to therich countries and they have repaid this debt back, merely it is onlyin interest. The rich countries cannot seem to let go of the bulliongiven to them by the poorer countries, its these repayments thatcripple the poorer countries economies and make sure that they can neer be anything more than poor. In Timothy 6v10 it says For thelove of money is the understructure of all evil and that many throng havebroken their hearts with many sorrows, what the intelligence is teachinghere is that money can corrupt people, and sometimes people who havemoney care almost it more than they care about other people. This iswhat I think has happened to the rich countries, they are so blindby their own greed that they do not recognise others needs until it becomes so obvious they cannot ignore it any longer, like the faminein Ethiopia....
